Il Pecino farmhouse is a farm immersed in the greenery of a very quiet hill, recently renovated, surrounded by a large fenced area and a pine forest. It has parking, infinity pool with panoramic views with deck chairs and umbrellas, Ping pong table, foosball table, chairs, sofas, wicker tables and finally also an equipped barbecue.

The cottage is divided into 5 double rooms with new furniture in a rustic style (each with bathroom and kitchen cupboard) with a large living room with table in common, sofa and TV corner, fireplace, bar counter, equipped kitchen and a washing machine. E’ equipped with towels for the bathroom, for the beds and everything you need for the kitchen, as well as TV with satellite dish, mini fridge and radiators.

On the first floor there is a terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful views that the cottage offers.

An internal staircase connects the first floor with the ground floor, pIt can therefore be suitable for both single couples or families (reserving the single rooms) both in groups (reserving the entire farmhouse).

The presence of pets is allowed.
